We are looking for people who are versatile, energetic with an attention to detail and a belief in our purpose. You must be confident in fast paced environments with excellent customer service skills and willing to work across stations supporting your team. Schedule & Pay

Primarily a part time position from the start but will consider a full time role for the right person going forward. We offer between £12.50 - £14 hourly rate, depending on experience and work level, along with a pension plan

Shift Hours

We launch in November, and it will take time to develop services and shift patterns as we build the team and processes. At the start the hours will be weekdays between 7.30am and 5pm. We would appreciate some flexibility at this time.

Responsibilities

Encompassing all the usual responsibilities of a full-service counter operation done to a high standard. As well as assisting with light food preparation whilst maintaining the cleanliness of both the front and back of the house.

Preferred Experience

Worked within a busy fast paced environment with some barista and basic food preparation skills. Although character and attitude will always trump all else and will provide training for people with the right work ethic.
